Woosh! February has came and went! Wow and guess what... I survived Valentine's day! I even came out of it with some goodies from my family! I love them so much. <3 I also learned even people who are taken on Valentine's day can be sad or disappointed too.
Did you know that it's been 7 months with no fast food?! I'm super proud of my self! I did want to break down the other day and Valentine's day would have been a perfect day to do that. I mean I did have the SINGLE card to play but I kept it and didn't break down. It got me thinking though... what if I do break down one day. I don't want to be a big disappointment! This challenge I set my self was open, I wanted to see how long I could go with out fast food but the longer I go the more upset I would get if I did happen to cave in. So I have decided to have a finish line for my challenge. I started this challleng on July 1st 2013 so its only right that it end on July 1st 2014. I am thinking of a new challenge and don't plan on going on a fast food frenzy. I may continue to not eat fast food. I just won't have that pressure on me.
In the mean time...
I really have to get back to eatting healthy. I mean I don't eat fast food and I don't drink sodas, two great things! I just need to do more. I don't necessarily eat bad but I don't eat good either. My sister is on a diet and she wants ne to get on it with her but it includes pills and other than vitamins I really don't want to take pills. Don't get me wrong pills work for some people but they are just not for me. Also this diet she is on costs a lot of money. Maybe I could do this diet without the pill. She could just tell me what she eats... hmmm.
A mini challenge just popped in my head. Lets see how many times I can eat a salad this month. I mean its a start right? I'll even post pics on instagram of each salad I eat. I'm gonna take a guess and say 5. How many salads do you think I'll eat this month? #saladsofmarch
