Going strong

A month and a half no soda and no fast food... I am such a winner! I do miss fast food some days. It's so quick and sometimes so good. It's also fake and bad for you. I don't know that I ever want to go back to eating fast food. I'm afraid if I do, I'll get back in to the same routine of eating fast food just because I want fast food and not because I'm hungry. 

I'm thinking about starting to count calories. I might start now and see how i do. If I do well I might add that to a must do thing for next month. I don't know if I'm making any progress with weight loss because like I said I'm not weighing my self. I am however saving tons of money! Can't wait to go on a cruise! XOXO
